The use of market intelligence data to boost ornamental stone exports was the subject of the webinar held on Wednesday, April 7, by Centrorochas (Brazilian Center for Ornamental Stones Exporters).
With around 50 participants, the event brought together representatives of exporting companies that want to start participating in the international market. At the opening, the executive director of Centrorochas, Celmo de Freitas, reinforced the importance of the platform. “BI Centrorochas is a very rich tool that should be exploited to the fullest by entrepreneurs and their commercial teams,” he said.
BI Centrorochas, a commercial intelligence program that assists in the analysis of segment data, was presented by consultant Severo Martinez, who detailed the new functionalities of the tool capable of assisting users in in-depth analyzes of commercial behavior and boosting sales in the foreign market.
After the presentation of the news and in an interactive way, Centrorochas project manager, Rogério Ribeiro, and market intelligence coordinator, Luiz Gustavo Drumond, simulated approaches both in the target country and in a situation of searching for a potential market for business expansion . The examples resulted in a rich sharing of information for exporters who also had the opportunity to participate and clarify their doubts.
