On Thursday, July 25, Paulo Baraona was sworn in as the new president of Federação das Indústrias do Espírito Santo (Findes) [Confederation of Manufacturing Companies of the state of Espírito Santo], succeeding Cris Samorini. The ceremony also formalized the new Board of Directors for the period 2024-2028. It was attended by important business leaders and authorities.
The president of Centrorochas, Tales Machado, who takes on the position of Vice-Chair of the Board in the new administration, and its superintendent, Giovanni Francischetto, were present at the event. Centrorochas’ active participation strengthens its commitment and collaboration with Findes.
Among the distinguished guests were the Minister of Ports and Airports, Silvio Costa Filho, the governor of the state of Espírito Santo, Renato Casagrande, and the president of Sindirochas [Association of Natural Stone, Lime, and Limestone Companies], Ed Martins, emphasizing the importance and relevance of the ceremony for the industrial and economic development of the region.
