Log-In announced this Wednesday, September 23, that its subsidiary TVV – Terminal de Vila Velha S.A. agreed to an amendment extending the lease contract for the TVV port, located in the organized port of Vitória (ES) for another 25 years.
The logistics company said that the agreement, signed with the Union through the Ministry of Infrastructure, establishes an initial investment commitment of nearly R$ 83 million for the acquisition of new equipment and systems to improve productivity. In addition, until 2048, R$ 434 million will be invested to ensure the maintenance, updating and/or replacement of assets.
With the renewal of the lease, which coincides with the beginning, on April 30, 2020, of test maneuvers for the future definitive homologation of the new draft of the Port of Vitória, TVV consolidates itself as a relevant player in the handling of containers, general cargo and vehicles in the Southeast region and takes an important step towards its sustainable growth, enabling new customers and projects, and bringing benefits to the Espírito Santo community and its partners.
