Lecture on port fees in international trade brings together more than 150 in Vitória

Businessmen and professionals with activities related to foreign trade from all segments gathered for the lecture “Foreign trade: legal relations and port tariffs”, on Tuesday, October 29, at the Alfândega auditorium. The topic was conducted by lawyer Luciana Mattar Vilela Nemer, specialist in Maritime, Port and Tax Law.

After the lecture, there was a round table on the subject. Lawyers specializing in Tax and Maritime Law, Rogério David Carneiro and Bruno Barcellos Pereira, and the Head of the Vitória Regional Unit of Antaq, Raphael Carpes, participated in the debate. Participants interacted with experts and also had access to the position of the main public authorities on the subject, such as the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil (RFB), the National Waterway Transport Agency (Antaq), the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) , the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), among others.

The event was organized by Centrorochas e Sindirochas and had the support of Findes, CCCV (Coffee Trade Center), Sindaees (Union of Customs Brokers Commissioner of ES), Sindiex (Trade Union Exp. Imp. of ES), Apra (Association of Permission Companies of Customs Enclosures – Dry Ports of ES) and OAB-ES (Order of Lawyers of Brazil – Espírito Santo Section).
