
The presidents of Centrorochas (Frederico Robison), Sindirochas ES (Tales Machado), Sinrochas MG (Balbino Figueiredo), Simagran CE (Carlos Rubens Alencar) and Sincocimo RJ (Armando Sousa), participated this Wednesday, December 9, in a videoconference with the Secretary of Geology, Mining and Mineral Transformation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), Alexandre Vidigal de Oliveira, the federal deputy, Evair de Melo and the president of the Thematic Council for Mining (COMIN) of the National Confederation of Industry ( CNI), Sandro Mabel.
On the agenda, of an institutional nature, the leaders of the ornamental stone sector had the opportunity to thank the secretary for all the support given to the segment and to state that they count on the maintenance of this support, with the objective of developing the sector, mining and the country.
Secretary Alexandre Vidigal thanked the participants and highlighted that the results are the fruit of teamwork. Ending his speech, he reinforced that “if there is a mining secretariat, it is to do mining and not to stop mining”.
Also present at the meeting were the executive of Centrorochas and Sindirochas, Celmo de Freitas, the legal advisor of Sindirochaws, Victor Athayde and the Substitute Head of the Parliamentary Advisory of the MME, Rosa Maria School.
