Centrorochas, Sindirochas and Sindiex participate in the construction of the model for the privatization of Codesa

The president of Centrorochas, Frederico Robson, the superintendent, Alessandra Bertolani, the institutional advisor of Sindirochas, Rogério Ribeiro, and the president of Sindiex, Marcílio Machado, participated on October 22, in a meeting with the CEO of Codesa, Julio Castiglioni, and the consultants hired by BNDES, PwC and Modal Consult, responsible for conducting the modeling studies for privatization of the port with the supervision of the Ministries of Infrastructure and Economy.

The actors conducting the study have held a dialogue with various entities and market players to understand the expectations of each one in this process and gather their contributions to be able to support the modeling process. The forecast is that the model alternatives to be implemented will be presented for decision by the ministries involved in the first half of 2020 and that the auction will be held in 2021.
