The superintendent of Centrorochas, Alessandra Bertolani, participated this Tuesday, October 1st, in the ceremony for the installation of the representative office of the Brazil-Russia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism in Espírito Santo. The event took place at Palácio Anchieta, in Vitória, and was attended by Governor Renato Casagrande, the ambassador of the Russian Federation in Brazil, Sergey Akopov, the president of the Brazil-Russia Chamber, Gilberto Ramos, the vice-president Ulisses Borges Resende, institutional advisor to Sindirochas, Camila Andrade, among others.
Acting in the search for opportunities for both countries and focused on bilateral interests, the Brazil-Russia Chamber office will carry out actions to intensify the relationship between companies and institutions from Espírito Santo with Russian foreign trade. In addition, it will also facilitate the insertion of companies from the European country in business here in the State.
In Espírito Santo, the work of the Brazil-Russia Chamber aims to establish partnerships with some of the most strategic sectors of the state economy, such as ornamental stones, oil, cocoa, coffee, sugar, fruits, among others. The Chamber’s proposals range from the intermediation of a simple exchange of goods to deeper cooperation, such as the integration of industries. It also operates in broader areas such as scientific, cultural and educational.
The role of the institution, which also has representations in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais and Bahia, in addition to researching partners interested in mutual cooperation, is to assist with documents and certifications.
