Centrorochas participates in the construction of the model for the privatization of Codesa

The president of Centrorochas, Frederico Robison, participated on Tuesday, October 15, in a meeting with the BNDES Committee and the Ports Secretariat, held at the Findes plenary, in Vitória. The National Bank for Economic and Social Development is responsible for conducting the feasibility studies for the privatization of Codesa with the supervision of the Ministries of Infrastructure and Economy, ANTAQ and PPI.

The meeting brought together the consultants hired by the bank and other actors. The objective is to maintain a dialogue with different entities and market players to understand the expectations of each one in this process and collect their contributions in order to support the modeling process.

The forecast is that the model alternatives to be implemented will be presented for decision by the ministries involved in the first half of 2020 and that the auction will be held in 2021.

Among those present at the meeting were: Julio Castiglioni (president of Codesa), Bruno Fardin (planning director of Codesa) and Wilmar Barroso Filho.
