Centrorochas’ General Assembly Approves 2024 Financial Statement and 2025 Budget

On March 27th, Centrorochas (Brazilian Natural Stone Association) held its Ordinary General Assembly (OGA) online, with participation from member companies from various regions of the country. The main agenda of the meeting was the approval of the 2024 financial statement and the presentation of the budget and goals for 2025, both unanimously approved by the assembly.

The meeting was opened by the association’s president, Tales Machado, who emphasized the importance of active participation from members and reinforced the organization’s commitment to transparent management and strengthening the sector. Following this, superintendent Giovanni Francischetto led the presentation of results and projections for the upcoming year.

During the OGA, a report on the key actions taken in 2024 was presented, both by Centrorochas and the It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone program, an international promotion initiative executed by the association in partnership with ApexBrasil. These activities included global positioning actions, participation in international fairs, business rounds, and strategic communication initiatives aimed at promoting Brazilian natural stones in the global market.

The 2024 financial statement was presented with a favorable opinion from the Fiscal Committee, composed of Célio Guerra (Levantina), Valdecyr Viguini (Cajugram), and Sid Mathielo (Stone Palace), and also validated by the external audit firm Russel Bedford, ensuring the credibility and technical compliance of the financial statements.

The OGA emphasized the strong position of the association, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024, with the ongoing mission of driving cross-border business, supporting Brazilian entrepreneurs, and promoting the natural stone sector both in Brazil and globally.
