Centrorochas brings together more than 30 participants in a debate on commercial disputes with American clients

On April 6, Centrorochas, with the support of Sindirochas, promoted the chat “Doubts about commercial disputes with American clients?”, with the corporate lawyer, Patricia Brum. The virtual event brought together more than 30 participants.

The theme of the meeting was the debate on billing issues in the United States, credit analysis, problems with materials, among others. The lawyer gave a brief explanation of how commercial demands are legally received, given that there are significant differences between the American and Brazilian reality. “The observation of some procedures when issuing an invoice, for example, can significantly increase the chances of success for Brazilian companies, in case the need arises to seek collection procedures in relation to customers established in the USA”, he argued. At the event, participants also had the opportunity to participate in an informal conversation with the lawyer who has more than 15 years of experience and represents Latin American and North American companies in commercial disputes and international transactions.
