Around 100 guests participated on July 5 in the 1-year seminar of It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone, a sectoral project resulting from the partnership signed between the Brazilian Center for Ornamental Stones Exporters (Centrorochas) and the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments (ApexBrasil). The event took place in a hybrid form, bringing together businessmen and representatives of the Brazilian ornamental stone sector, at the Hotel Golden Tulip, in Vitória, and also virtually.

The sector project analyst and manager of the It’s Natural sector project at ApexBrasil, Emerson Raiol, was present at the event representing the president of the national agency, Augusto Pestana, the business director, Lucas Fiuza, and the president of corporate management, Roberto Escoto. The meeting also had the virtual participation of the federal deputy, Evair de Melo, and state leaders of the segment in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Ceará.In his speech, the president of Centrorochas, Tales Machado, highlighted the action as another milestone in the sector. “We are very happy with everyone’s presence here today, companies supported by the sectorial project or that are not yet part of the program. It’s great to have you here at this time of accountability. It is the first time that our sector has had a moment like this, of total transparency of the actions carried out to promote Brazilian stones in the international market”, he stressed.

Afterwards, the vice-president of the entity, Fabio Cruz, and the project manager and manager of It’s Natural, Rogério Ribeiro, detailed the actions carried out in the last twelve months, with a financial statement, and also spoke about the work planned for the next months.

It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone is an export incentive program developed by the Brazilian Center for Ornamental Stones Exporters (Centrorochas) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).
