With an environment highly conducive to business deals, the Cachoeiro Stone Fair, taking place from August 27 to 30, is already energizing the market with the expectation of many new developments in stones, machinery, and supplies.
The projection is to attract 18,000 visitors to the Carlos Caiado Barbosa Exhibition Park in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim over the four days of the event. Among them will be qualified buyers from more than 600 Brazilian cities and over 28 countries, fostering networking, contributing to business tourism, and boosting the region’s food and service sectors, which is considered the marble capital of the world.
In its 35th edition, the most traditional fair in the natural stone sector and one of the main business showcases in Latin America features the theme “35 Years Ahead,” reinforcing its relevance as one of the largest events in the field in the country. There will be around 200 exhibiting brands, showcasing the potential of the entire production chain, from extraction to processing.
For Flávia Milaneze, CEO of Milanez & Milaneze, the company organizing the Cachoeiro Stone Fair, the fair “brings innovations with each edition, providing a unique experience, along with unprecedented and exclusive programs for visitors, generating insights into the latest trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the natural stone industry.”
Tales Machado, president of the Brazilian Center for Natural Stone Exporters (Centrorochas), highlights that the Cachoeiro Stone Fair has been growing each year with the participation of a highly qualified audience. “The expectation for this edition is very positive. We have been following all the work of the event organization, which is complemented by the inauguration of the new pavilion. This achievement has elevated the fair to a new level, enhancing exhibitors’ interest, resulting in a fierce competition for space. It is also evident that there is an increase in visitors, both from the domestic and international markets. Moreover, we will once again welcome international journalists and buyers through the sectorial project that Centrorochas executes in partnership with ApexBrasil,” he said.
Ed Martins, president of the Espírito Santo Ornamental Stone Industry Union (Sindirochas), also emphasized how the Cachoeiro Stone Fair has been developing each year. “All the integration that the event fosters directly contributes to the growth of the sector, including stimulating market evolution, promoting everything from knowledge exchange to technological development. Lovingly called ‘The Cachoeiro Fair,’ the Cachoeiro Stone Fair strengthens the local economy, attracts investments, and highlights Espírito Santo as a strategic hub in sectorial production and commercialization,” he stated.
Aimed at professionals in the sector, such as marble workers, architects, designers, engineers, entrepreneurs, managers, distributors, buyers, among others, registration is already open and exclusively online at www.cachoeirostonefair.com.br.
