In Dubai on the occasion of the Big 5 and to monitor the actions of the It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone sector project, the result of a partnership signed between the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) and the Brazilian Center for Ornamental Stones Exporters (Centrorochas), representatives of the sectorial project visited this Monday, September 13, the local office of the national agency.
The vice-president of the national organization for the stone sector, Fabio Cruz, and the project manager, Rogério Ribeiro, were received by the business analyst at Apex-Brasil, in Dubai, Sabrina Cenni. At the meeting, characteristics of the market in the United Arab Emirates and the entire Midle East were presented, such as commercial and cultural information, ways of relating and possibilities of approach.
The United Arab Emirates are part of the target markets of the sectorial project and the visit of It’s Natural members to the country also marks another step in structuring the actions foreseen in the sectoral project. “These markets demand medium and long-term work, as they have specific characteristics that require building relationships,” said Fabio Cruz. For Rogério Ribeiro, the visit will be essential in identifying the best ways of acting and promoting dimension stones. “We are providing ourselves with tools and information to be more assertive in our actions”, he clarified.
Brazilian Mission in Dubai
As a way of complementing the trade mission being organized by Apex-Brasil between September 12th and 15th, during the Big 5 Dubai 2021, It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone will promote two technical lectures as a way to promote Brazilian stones in the Arab market. The theme will be conducted by the Brazilian Paulo Giafarov, international specifier of dimension stones. One of the events will be aimed at buyers and the other at local architects and designers. The actions are being organized by It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone, a sectorial project that crowned the partnership between Apex-Brasil and Centrorochas.

It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone is an export incentive program developed by the Brazilian Center for Ornamental Stones Exporters (Centrorochas) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil).
