Alfândega and Coana present news from the Single Portal to the exporting and importing community of Espírito Santo

At the invitation of the Federal Revenue of Brazil Customs in the Port of Vitória/ES – ALF/VIT, exporters and important capixabas gathered this Monday, September 16th, to learn about the news of the Single Siscomex Portal. The meeting took place at the new headquarters of the federal agency, in Vitória, and brought together representatives of companies in the ornamental stone sector and other economic segments, as well as representatives of Centrorochas and Sindirochas.

The lectures were given by the tax auditor of the Federal Revenue and manager of the Single Portal for Foreign Trade Program, Alexandre Zambrano; by the RFB project manager, Euzequias Moreira Cunha Filho; and by the deputy operational coordinator of the General Coordination of Customs Administration (Coana), Felipe Mendes.

The Single Foreign Trade Portal Program is an initiative to reformulate import, export and customs transit processes. With this reformulation, the aim is to establish more efficient, harmonized and integrated processes among all public and private players in foreign trade. From the reformulation of processes, the Single Portal Program moves on to the development and integration of the information flows corresponding to them and the computerized systems responsible for managing them. Thus, the Single Foreign Trade Portal Program was born based on three pillars: integration, process redesign and information technology.
