GT Transição da DU-e tem última reunião com a Alfândega antes da transição definitiva para nova modalidade de despacho de blocos

With less than a month to go before the final deadline established by the Customs of the Port of Vitória for the definitive replacement of shipments of blocks from the anticipated mode to normal shipments, the federal agency received the Working Group (GT) formed to monitor and present suggestions on the update of the migration process and clarification of possible doubts. This group is made up of representatives from Centrorochas, Sindirochas, port terminals, shipowners, export companies and customs brokers.

The meeting took place this Monday, September 23, at the new headquarters of the Federal Revenue Service, in Vitória. The date of October 21 was maintained at the meeting for the definitive transition of the new modality of block dispatches. However, there will be a period of adjustments until December 31 of this year, during which cases that really appear as exceptional and need to use the anticipated DU-e will be handled by an internal Customs team designated for these assessments.

The group pre-scheduled a new meeting for a month after the implementation of the new rules.

The meeting took place at the new headquarters of the Federal Revenue, in Vitória. Among the participants in the meeting were the tax auditor of the Federal Revenue of Brazil and ALV/VIT Delegate, Fabrício Betto, the tax auditor Douglas Coutinho, the superintendent of Centrorochas, Alessandra Bertolani, and the executive of Sindirochas, Celmo de Freitas.
