Centrorochas holds an Ordinary General Meeting

On Monday, March 28, the president of Centrorochas, Tales Machado, and the executive director, Celmo de Freitas, led the Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) to render the entity’s accounts during the 2021 financial year and present the budget projection from 2022.

In the first part of the meeting, held in a virtual environment, there was a presentation of the balance sheet and financial statements for the year 2021, as well as the activities carried out by It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone, a sectoral project resulting from the partnership signed between Centrorochas and the Brazilian Promotion of Exports and Investments (ApexBrasil). The statements and accounts/2021 were approved by all members with voting rights, present at the Assembly.

Next, there was the presentation of the budget projection for 2022, with details of the amounts expected for the actions scheduled in the sectoral agreement throughout the year and a statement of the entity’s budget for the same period. All effective members with voting rights, present, approved the proposal presented.
