  • Round of Negotiations creates new exporting opportunities during Cachoeiro Stone Fair

In a single day and without leaving Brazil, companies in the natural stone sector will be able to participate in tailored meetings with international buyers selected based on their profiles.

During Cachoeiro Stone Fair 2026, Brazilian natural stone companies will have the opportunity to meet, in a single day and without leaving Brazil, with international buyers that were pre-selected according to the profile of each company. This is the concept behind the Round of Negotiations, one of the strategic initiatives undertaken by the sectoral project It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone, developed by the Brazilian Natural Stone Association (Centrorochas) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

On August 26, five international buyers will take part in exclusive in-person meetings with companies from the Brazilian natural stone industry. More than mere business encounters, the initiative is designed to connect national suppliers with decision-makers who show true business potential. This edition will feature buyers from India, Mexico (two buyers), Poland, and the United Arab Emirates, expanding prospecting opportunities in markets with diverse demands.

According to the president of Centrorochas, Tales Machado, the initiative provides a chance to access buyers from strategic markets within a heavy schedule. “It is an opportunity for companies to present their materials directly to international buyers without the need to organize a trade mission abroad. In a single day during Cachoeiro Stone Fair, participants will have access to a schedule designed to expand exporting opportunities,” he stated.

Meetings designed to produce results

The manager of the sectoral project, Thiago Fukuda, emphasizes that this is an excellent opportunity for companies looking to increase exports or penetrate new markets. “Each meeting stems from a matchmaking process carried out by a specialized consultancy. We evaluate the companies’ profiles, their goals, and the buyers’ interests to build schedules with the greatest potential for generating business deals,” says Thiago Fukuda, the manager of the sectoral project.

Participating companies will undergo a preparation phase prior to the negotiation meetings. With the support of a specialized consultancy, a matchmaking process will be carried out to identify opportunities and determine which buyers best align with each company’s profile, products, and business objectives.

Registrations open

Registrations are open until July 24, and space is limited. The guidelines for the initiative are available at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1R-ZCp1LkkF1SUQP4xwdRWf82rX9NDlds?usp=sharing

Companies supported by the sectoral project and exhibiting at Cachoeiro Stone Fair may participate in the Round of Negotiations for a fee of R$2,000.00. The fee for supported companies that are not exhibiting at the fair is R$25,000.00.
