  • Final preparatory meeting organizes Brazilian participation in Marmomac Italy 2025

A virtual meeting presented final details to the 31 companies that will make up the Space It’s Natural, promoted by Centrorochas in partnership with ApexBrasil.

A few days before Marmomac Italy 2025, Centrorochas held the final preparatory meeting with the 31 companies that will make up Space It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone, a pavilion that will highlight Brazil’s strength at the largest world event dedicated to the natural stone industry. The participation of the companies is promoted by the Brazilian Natural Stone Association (Centrorochas), in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).

During the meeting, held on September 12, final details regarding the setup and operation of the pavilion were presented. The pavilion will be located in Hall 1, immediately to the right of the main entrance to the fair, and will be clearly identified by a mega-banner. The space will be structured into six islands, with setup scheduled to begin on September 14. The final deadline for adjustments will be September 22, a date reserved only for moving furniture and promotional materials.

Confirmed services for exhibitors include individual booth setup and reservation with basic furniture, catering (water and coffee), interpreters at six locations throughout the pavilion, daily cleaning, and an official photographer. The requirement to keep booths occupied during opening hours, from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., was also stressed.

Besides operational matters, the meeting highlighted the parallel schedule. On September 22, a celebratory dinner will be held in Verona, at the restaurant Vittorio Emanuele, with two representatives per company in attendance. On September 24, at 4.45 p.m., the pavilion will host the lecture “Brazilian Natural Stones: Inspiring Versatility,” given by Fábio Cruz, the vice president of Centrorochas, and Amanda Ferber, the founder of the international platform Architecture Hunter.

Centrorochas’ support team, comprised of Thiago Fukuda, Maria Clara, Karina Porto Firme, Giovanni Francischetto, Fábio Cruz, and Tales Machado, will be available throughout the fair to assist exhibitors. The organizers also emphasized the importance of using the tutorials  on accreditation, badges, and parking they provided.
